I think this car would ride like hell from lack of suspension and require a mathematical 2d plane to not catch on the ground. Aerodynamics don't look very good, I don't think fuel economy would be very good at highway speeds.
This would be a presige vehicle for movie stars who want to look cool and hip.
Much too much artistic licence in those "no-profile" tyres. A real tyre has a sidewall for a good reason - it is a vital part of the suspension system. Even Formula 1 cars have tyres with sidewalls... .
